2. Order Your Monthly Subscription

Every subscription comes with first dibs on new collections sent out at the end of the month. All subscriptions $5 & up come with a downloadable coloring page every month to create away while you await for your other prizes on plans $7 & up!

3. Get Excited

All of our subscriptions are ordered or sent at the end of every month!

You will be billed on the same date of every month. You can pause or renew your subscription at any time via the account dashboard.

You can cancel at any time by emailing info@heatherfreitas.com or by filling out the contact form at the bottom of our website.

Cancellations can only be done via email due to some monthly subscriptions prizes being sent bimonthly, quarterly, biannually or annually. Subscriptions are non refundable so cancellation ensures you get store credit for the amount paid in the event that you did not make your prize date 💕 .

PATRON SUBSCRIPTIONS & COURSES POLICIES

You can pause and renew subscriptions at any time. To cancel your subscription you must email info@heatherfreitas.com . Subscriptions are non refundable.

You are billed the same time every month. All subscriptions are fulfilled at the end of the month. 

FOR COLLECTABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS - Please note that when your subscription is activated  or renewed each month ( whatever is applicable ) we will then submit the order to our manufactures after it is paid. The production time will be listed for each product on the subscription page. You will receive tracking via email when your order ships.

FOR ORIGINAL / CUSTOM ART SUBSCRIPTIONS - Once you get to your prize date you can then pick an applicable original from current inventory or have one custom made. Please note that the custom made paintings will not be started until after the 6 month or 12 month subscription has been completed.

FOR CLASSES - Your videos will be sent to you at the end of each month! You understand that these classes can not be sold. You also understand that these videos and courses can not be shared on any platform.

DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT - For downloadable color sheets you acknowledge that these are for personal use only and can not be sold.

If you are on a subscription where you receive products quarterly, biannually or annually and cancel your subscription before getting to the " prize " date to receive your art or collectables you will not receive them. That being said if you have to cancel your subscription and did not get to the point of getting your art or collectables we will gladly offer you a store credit of the amount paid for something else in return.

If you need to cancel your subscription and are on a subscription where you get something different monthly, quarterly or biannually please see the prize send schedule for what you will get and when ( what month after subscribing). When canceling you understand that you will not get artwork or collectables that are scheduled after your cancellation date. The prize dates are located on the subscription page.

You acknowledge that many of these subscriptions are email based and that you have subscribed to our email list and created a customer account to get your prizes and or courses. You will automatically be subscribed to our email list when purchasing any of our subscriptions or courses in order to provide you the best experience.
