When will my subscription renew?
Your subscription renews each month on the same date you originally subscribed.
When is my subscription packed and mailed?
On average mail clubs are packed within a week of their renewal date.
To check your order history, visit My Orders in your account. If an archive date is shown, that is the date your subscription was packed and they are usually mailed within 3 days of that date.
Make sure you are subscribed to our email list and you will also be notified via email when your subscription is packed.
Greeting Card Club, Sticker Club, Print Club, Bookish Club, and Beaded Art Kit Club template-only subscriptions are mailed within one week of being packed. Once mailed, delivery can take an additional two to four weeks. These subscriptions travel by snail mail without tracking or insurance.
What if my subscription hasn’t arrived?
Please allow at least five weeks from your order’s archive date before contacting me about missing mail. Snail mail sometimes takes a little extra time, and your happy mail may still be on its way!
If it still hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out. I’m happy to help and arrange a replacement for a missing delivery. Please note however if it is a repeat issue we do have the right to cancel your subscription.
9.9 x out of 10 if mail doesn't get delivered it gets forwarded back to us. Again please make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter ( email list ) as we contact everyone twice a month who's mail has been forwarded back to us to figure out what the issue is and get a replacement sent on it's way.
What happens if my mail is returned?
Undelivered mail often makes its way back to me. If I receive your subscription back, I’ll email you to confirm your address and help work out what happened before arranging to send it again.
Please keep your shipping address and email address up to date, and respond to any messages about returned mail so I can help your next delivery reach you.
If I do not hear back from you and mail is returned more than once I will cancel your subscription.
How can I stay informed about my subscription?
Please keep an eye on your inbox for subscription updates, renewal reminders, and messages about returned mail. You’re also welcome to join my email list to stay connected with club news and announcements.
Your renewal reminder arrives a few days before your subscription renews. After the third of the month, it should also show a preview of the upcoming club delivery.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Of course! I want managing your subscription to feel easy. You can pause or cancel using the subscription-management link in your subscription emails, including your renewal reminder.
You can also find Manage My Subscriptions under Subscriptions in the website menu, or manage your subscription through your account.
